Today in EDCI 336 we had guest speaker Rich McCue http://richmccue.com come in for a workshop on video editing. We created a short video using iMovie. He gave us a sample video to use as a base and provided a tutorial video about how to edit a video using iMovie. This included trimming clips, adding transitions, adding titles and sound effects/voice overs. He also gave a demonstration of screen recording with a voiceover. The suggestion given was that you should not have a screen recording of more than 6 minutes because your audience might start to lose interest.

We then reviewed the new tabs added to our course website. Blogs and twitter handles with consent are now linked to the course site. You can be added or deleted if you change your mind about your privacy.
